You may already be in a senior leadership position or you may be an experienced middle leader with a proven track-record of success, who is ready to have a whole school impact. Our new Assistant Headteacher will, of course, be an exceptional teacher in their own right. A leader cannot credibly evaluate the performance of others without having an incisive knowledge of ‘what works’ in the classroom themselves. They will share our relentless drive for improvement, using the latest research to further improve the daily classroom experience of our pupils.
